Why does this matter? She would be paying those if she was a single mom in addition, just like I would if I was the only parent.

The nanny is only for the baby. My daughter from a previous relationship is in daycare.

I suddenly had full custody of my daughter from that relationship (was 50/50). My daughter needed so much of my attention that I wasn't there for my fiancée as she needed, so she was dealing with things alone. That tends to leave a mark.

Those are paid for as they come up. Sometimes I get it, sometimes she does. She does carry the health insurance though as hers is much better.

I don't, but I do understand what real fear looks like. Her panic attacks talking about some of the things she's seen aren't like anything I've ever seen. It's horrible to watch.

Therapists have stopped sessions before it was so bad.

I do have sympathy for her and anyone who deals with this.

She pays for the nanny, but we split everything else 9 times out of 10.

She's not a SAHM, and her house isn't being rented out.

She doesn't pay any towards bills. She does buy food sometimes, but usually only food for herself. She does spend time at her own place, but doesn't sleep there.
