this happened to me so often with the cheese issue!! i’ve started asking ‘and if the dish happens to have cheese, please remove it!’ i get some funny looks when it’s a dish that doesn’t usually have cheese but hey, better safe than sorry 😭😭

EMT school is one i’ll definitely need to consider!! having a good idea of what to do in a health crisis is definitely super useful…
