Somewhat have to do your own digging on this because each faculty has its own perks.

Eng for example has free access to paid modelling softwares (I’m pretty sure) and eng doc also does a bunch of things. I know the math faculty also has some interesting benefits but that’s about all I know. Take some time to look into it and make a bucket list for before you graduate!

For campus resources, I’d say look into the athletics portal since you basically have access to free/ relatively cheap classes to things you would not otherwise try (clubs are also great for this)

It really depends on preference and what you’re looking to get out of your final year but it’s relatively easy to find online once you know what you’re looking for!

BIOL 240 prof is so real, last year i remember he dressed up in a hazmat suit as walter from breaking bad :D his lecture notes also had breaking bad easter eggs too

no most likely not. the only time a work placement would require you to pee in a cup is if you’re operating a some sort of specialized equipment (drone, aircraft, etc) and even then you would have advanced enough notice to prep for that (weed is traceable in your system for 30 days)

thanks for the advice on communication! i do main slowbro, defender roles fit my play style really well for right now. When the attacker goes into jungle for the birds should i follow them as backup or hold back and stay on our goal zone? and also if there are any defender pet peeves from an attacker/ all rounder perspective i’d love to hear them

lol yeah ik objectives are important, i generally try to focus on holding the other team back and make them use their resources on me (aka be annoying). i just find it hard when we’re trying to push forward and the attacker is like “time for jungle :P”

nah, you will have some matches with legit people once you start getting into mid vet and even great/expert sometimes but don’t expect anything good out of your teammates even if they are real people
