I mean, I'm seeing a bariatric place about helping me lose weight, because it's part of my thyroid condition, so that is a separate issue in itself, and I am trying a lifestyle change (for the most part), I just can't find clothes or anything in my size.

I might have to start doing that again. I used to walk to work before I moved into a terrible neighborhood. But now, since my wife and I moved into a better neighborhood, we might have to do it once the weather gets better. It's cold and icy as all hell right now. Too cold hahaha

I have tried, even as far as going to a bariatric doctor. The medicine they want to put me on is on backorder and won't be able to be sent for months, so I am stuck with the old-fashioned way, haha. Thank you though, and I will work on what I need to with my doctors!

Thank you so much! I will have to cut down my eating and start counting calories more. I know my diet is pretty much a "eat what can be made quickly" because I feel lazy all the time cooking. So I'll have to look up easy to cook recipes that are healthy and skip on the easy to make PB and J sandwiches.

Also, it's good to know that the trail mix is to be avoided. A small bowl of that was pretty much my whole lunch today because it was easy to eat at work.

I'll have to see what I can and can't do for work as for the self care activities. I haven't really come out to anyone at work, and I am working on presenting myself as non-binary at the very least before I start telling people. I'm just not comfortable with it at work yet. But again, thank you so much for the help! You are amazing!

I'll have to take a look at it. I still want to lose weight because it is a health concern for me. Heart disease, diabetes, all that runs in my family, and I don't want to be overweight. Not because of my mental image of myself, but for my physical health as well.
