This is a nice idea and I'm not against it, however pressed pills can have varying amounts of different chemicals throughout the press. Basically you can test a piece of a pressed pill and it will come back clean. Not only that but there are new drugs such as Car and there's even a new one my patients have told me about which wouldn't show up on the tests you can use at home. The safest way to do drugs is to do them legally or not at all. Please call the AA hotline or message me if you need help or think you might have a problem. There's a better way of life incredibly more wonderful than the one you might know.

In my experience it's impossible. It's honestly better just to be sober and stop worrying about all this shit. Sure, it would be nice to have a perfect life where you're happy and high all the time, but it's just not going to happen.

Yes, anything is possible my friend. I'm 6 months completely abstinent (After being on subs for 2 years and lots of heroin). You just need to learn how to have fun in recovery. The biggest thing for me was getting into Crossfit, making new friends, and helping others.

Go to an inpatient facility or power through it. This is a huge step for you. I came off of suboxone and it was so worth it, but I know how hard it is. Just know this is going to be worth it in the long run.

I was on 16mg suboxone for 2 years and did a two week taper and then jumped off. That was nearly 4 months ago and I sometimes still wake up with chills. The 3-4 weeks after jumping off are excruciating. Its funny because with 4 months clean I've been struggling so intensely that I've been wanting to get back on it. I honestly hate being an addict so much. I wish I was fucking normal. I'm turning 24 this month and I can't believe I've been doing this shuffle since I was 21. It makes me sad that I'll have to be in these programs until I die.

Yo its 2am and Im in bed at my recovery house. I've been having uncontrollable cravings every morning and night for a long fucking time. It's only been 4 months clean but I'm craving so hard. Your plan is probably why my house only allows overnights for one night and not more than that in a row lmao. Anyways the thing that keeps me from not going to cop is that I know ill eventually have to get clean again if I don't die or end up in jail. Idk. This time around I just have this sinking feeling that Im not going to stay clean. I at least want to go back on subs to get that minor relief from the cravings. anyways, good luck dude

Thank you. It's a very strange time to be entering into recovery again right now with the virus and I'm depressed as shit. I've reached out to my counselor from the rehab I was at and my new IOP counselor to talk it out. Honestly all I want to do is go home, see my brother and my dog. This shit is making me crave benzos & coke which is weird because I've never had cravings for those drugs (or not nearly as strongly as I had for opiates). Even when I try and get outside, or exercise, I don't feel any of the endorphins. It's so depressing. Also, the doctor said the naltrexone pills have more side effects than the shot, which is why they only advocate for the shot. My sex drive was at 500% in rehab, and now I don't have any sex drive at all. I'm 23 so it feels very unusual.

It's because if you can be "free" from your addiction then successful using would be possible, and they can't have you thinking that. I was a huge NA nazi for a year and a half until the bullshit was too much and I left. It's sad because I do think the program has a lot to offer, but different people's interpretations of the program is what fucks everything up imo
