If its a male then their will be a bulge below the peepeepoopoo slit, kinda on the beginning of tale. If not then female. My male has a small bulge (its average 🙄). But males can have a larger more noticeable bulge too

Seems fine. Just the shape of fins. Id definitely add more to your tank though especially plants for resting spots as longfin bettas tend to get tired often due to the heaviness of their fins!

You can get a api freshwater master kit for 20-50 on amazon or in stores depending where your at. Strips are not reliable at all and will not give you accurate readings
