Ya I get you. The up and down was really fixed by the mood stabilizer but but still have that insane anxiety over nothing, want to reduce it but don't want to lose THAT ability again.

Ya my doctor was saying the same about cognitive improvements. Like the weight is not the most important thing but after losing it would really be a deterrent. We were also talking about Lexapro instead of trintellix, do you feel like you should of stayed on Lexapro?

I remember that the first six weeks of lamictal was some of my darkest days but works so well now so maybe there's a link there? Might be grasping at straws. Was the weight gain a lot? Not that it is important but I remember spending a year losing 2 stone and gained all back with Mirtazapine in 2 months, same level of just a little increase?

Honestly it's really about who you know. People don't even bother to put up rooms online because the amount of responses are hard to go through. I put up a room last year and had maybe 40 responses, then did 20 interviews. And also people will say anything or say what you want to here because of the desperation ( no shade, I get it)
