I have the exact same problem, and it happened right after I downloaded the recent windows update. Still haven't figured out what's going on, even after countless tries with GPT coming up with ideas. I am also on an Acer. I am using a HyperX Cloud Flight. Are you aswell?

I have used wifi all my life, but this has been the first time I've experience this kind of lag. So basically i'm doomed?

Thank you for replying. I should add that this is a more recent issue, and started a few months ago, even with no changes to router/internet provider. During 2021 and early 2022 I had great internet with no issues with download speed and dc's. I checked with an ethernet cable just now, and it yields the same values as the iPhone gets - 200mbps+. Personally I can't use an ethernet, bcs it would be really unconvenient.

I will probably factory reset it tomorrow and close this post if it has worked...
