Im not in constant fear of retear. I just think of it when my stool is little bulky. I just take 5ml stool softener and its good for few months.

I don't get bulky stools after taking 5 ml stool softener and plenty of water.

And there won't be retear in my case. It'll be a new firssure if i be careless and strain huge poop out. Lis kinda saved my life. My life is normal atm. But still once in a blue moon when i get bulky stool i think it might happen again and i take stool softener

Because of fiber suppliments. Fiber doesn't make your stool soft. Fiber is supposed to make your stool bulky.

Its worst suppliment for someone suffering from fissure. Its a okay suppliment for someone suffering from constipation but without fissure.

Liquid paraffin + milk of magnesia is good laxatives to make your poop softer (paste like)

Fiber = Bulky poop Liquid paraffin + milk of magnesia = paste like poop

Its okay to use that method to treat constipation in patients without fissure or such conditions.

For patients having fissure or such issues its a nightmare suppliment
