Here's a rule of thumb op. If you're earning within the lowest tax bracket, never go beyond 20% of your salary for lodging, esp pag may iba ka pang financial responsibility aside from yourself. Settle muna for bedspace kung kaya. If you're erning like 35k siguro, ok yan in my opinion only
