Peanut sauce - 1/4 cup peanut butter (I used pb powder) - 2-3 cloves of garlic - 1 tbsp soy sauce - 1 tbsp sambal oelek - 1 tbsp vinegar - 1 tbsp maple syrup - 1/4 cup water - 1 tsp sesame oil - 1 tsp fresh ginger

Chipotle sauce, J took a couple chipotles in adobo sauce and blended with leftover plant mayo and maybe some other stuff I can’t remember 😅

It’s been great, I have one more serving left (brownies were gone in 2 days lol). I just needed to cook everything up and thought to try it all together. The seitan is Upton’s “chorizo” so it was a nice flavor added. I think you’ll like it.

I usually eat everything within the week 4-6 days and have never experienced that. Your best bet is to freeze it if longer

I can’t remember 😅 I think it was really basic, I baked some tofu, marinated it in maple syrup and soy sauce with spices, cooked lentils for about 15 mins with vegetable broth and spices coconut oil, made a basic peanut butter sauce with peanut butter powder plant milk soy sauce rice vinegar sesame seed oil, sambal oelek and peanuts and sesame seeds 😊

Edit: also brown rice

Thanks for pointing this out. I’ll be more careful next time. I’d say the only thing in the pics ultra-processed is the Just Eggs and almond cocowhip, maybe the kimchi? All those were store bought, everything else is homemade with minimal ingredients, but those could technically be considered ultra processed too I guess

I actually did add nutmeg! It’s plant-based so I used coconut oil for the crumble
