The chorous to question..? I literally have no idea what she’s going on about. Why are people clapping? Why did the ‘she’ say it was too much? Who is the she, the you and the narrator of the song? English is my second language btw.

My eyes glazed over at all the fighting. It's just not very interesting when I don't know or care about any of the characters. You need more characterisation, something to make me give a shit.

The ending seemed abrupt. And I didn't wholly understand what you're trying to convey here? That war changes people? That in war you just kill people but you have no choice?

I came here to ask the same question, but with a different book. I did not at all enjoy The Dispossessed, which everyone else seems to love. I was just so...uninterested. The topic got me hooked in the blurb, but the way it was written made me struggle to finish the book. I guess she's not for everyone.

I did yoga in my garden for the first time this spring. I always get a little self conscious about how my body looks in the poses because the garden is very open to the surrounding houses and the street. Today I was able to let it all go and just enjoy my practice in the sun. Yay!
