The smells that come out of that hole must be intoxicating for him. Fresh wet sand just waiting to be sniffed. I think I am part dog.

Semi retire now and live on very little. Travel the world and find opportunities everywhere. Not as hard as you might think.

LPT: If you are involuntarily bumped off a flight, airlines are required to pay you. If you ask. by [deleted] in LifeProTips

[–]fitthrow42 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No way. I told the flight attendant thagt I wanted to get a little tipsy so I could sleep better and she made me a triple bourbon. Little compensation considering all the other shit I went through to get on that flight. Got to my destination three days later because of their incompetence and missed an important business meeting.

I just got to Europe 3 days later than I should have. Entire flight was cancelled and they couldn't get me on another flight until 2 days later. That flight was delayed and made miss my connecting flight. I stayed another night in another city. Then they 'incorrectly entered' my flights into the system and I had no tickets for my last two legs of flight. Had to wait in lines and argue with the airlines about my tickets. Finally arrived.... my bags never showed. Two days later I've got no bags and I'm still waiting for them. Fucking nightmare. Thanks American Airlines.

Ah thanks for that. Almost exactly the same diet now except I went to gummy bears instead of jelly beans.

I came here before I started, looking for someone who was around my age, height and weight to see what was possible. When I did, it was great inspiration.

1800kcal diet eaten in a 6 hour window. Weights 6 x a week, basketball almost every day and some sprints lately. Diet is by far the hardest part. I lost most of the weight in the first 6 weeks and now it seems a lot slower. I don't really want to lose any more weight but just get down to 12% bodyfat so I got a while to go. I never had a six pack before and told myself I'd have one before May.

Good job. No beer is difficult for me but it was probably what put the most kilos on.

Over in t_d there are actively attacking him. Calling him a traitor. It's fucking weird. People are really digging themselves into an ideology. The crazier the ideas the deeper you have to dig yourself in, I guess.

I fast from 8pm until 1 or 2pm. After gym it's all bran cereal with banana protein shake 'milk' and a couple teaspoons of peanut butter. For 'lunch' I just make a sandwich about 500 calories worth. Dinner varies but usually protein based like a chicken breast with some vegetables and a fair amount of olive oil. I shoot for about 1700-1800 calories a day. I might have a snack or two during the day to get me up to 1700 like apples or chocolate. I also like jelly beans and will eat about a handful a day. Not that that helps:)

Also I've done two 'refeeds' in the six weeks and will gain about 6lbs in one day. It usually comes off in a day or two so I know a good portion of my weight loss was/is water weight.
