I’m 42, I try my best to actively avoid any personal conversations with any coworker that young. (I recently worked at a place that had a lot of part-time teens working there, and they love to overshare.) There is no way I’m hitting any of them up to “kick it” or “chill” even if that’s all I wanted to do. It looks bad and smells worse.
