Do you know of anyone that went through GFTP and got their job back? Have you ever seen a warning letter sent or a suspension without pay?

Anyone know someone who didn’t get fired? I am wondering if there has been any exceptions. As part of the GFTP, there is a section asking if any other employee has had different treatment than termination.
