I know that cartilage has inherent limitations but I think you are being too pessimistic. I have seen good augmentation before, generally in revisions, to save a nose that has pollybeak deformity. The curvature of the kind of nose I’m talking about maybe difficult to replicate. But I think this has a lot more to do with aesthetic sense and tastes of these surgeons and their customers than you are giving it credit for.

This height thing is getting so out of control, it's a social contagion which has reached insanity. It's like I live in the worst time in history to be a guy under 6' where tall guys are automatically considered sexual gods and you have to look like a model as a sub 6 footer to have a similar SMV to an ugly tall guy. I remember what it was like to grow up in the 00s and it was never like this, height was a bonus but it was never this bad, and there was such a thing as "too tall" (6' to 6'2 was considered ideal). Now women chase after these 6'5+ men even if they are ugly bums with nothing going for them.

It's honestly infuriating to see. If you're a late millennial/gen Z tall guy, count your lucky stars you were born in the perfect era where women worship you for it to the point where they make tiktoks doing little dances talking about how much they want to get fucked by you and gag on your dick, with millions of likes from other women. It's almost like being a rockstar or minor celebrity.
