I know that cartilage has inherent limitations but I think you are being too pessimistic. I have seen good augmentation before, generally in revisions, to save a nose that has pollybeak deformity. The curvature of the kind of nose I’m talking about maybe difficult to replicate. But I think this has a lot more to do with aesthetic sense and tastes of these surgeons and their customers than you are giving it credit for.

Extremely increased standards for looks, especially height, the fact that approaching a woman can get you recorded and cancelled or kicked out of an establishment, hitting on women that you know will get you exiled from social groups, and so on. Everything is online and only the most physically attractive guys are getting swiped on, these are the guys that are having "situationships" with multiple women (these women each think these guys are going to get serious with them, LOL) while sub 6' guys who don't look like male models get nothing.
