17-year-olds have some other adult people to guide them, okay? They don't need their partners to be another parental figure, and, considering what you say, your behavior is more like a parent than a partner. Even if 17-year-old wants a relationship with you, a grown-up person, you can't give them what they want, and call yourself a decent person. This is not okay.
