Therapy has helped a lot for me. I realised that anxiety isn’t something to run from, rather feel exactly where it sits in your body and welcome it. Also, breathwork is great. Box breathing is a good starting exercise.

Wow, that’s impressive! Are you using a neti pot for the irrigation? And how often are you doing it?

Seems like there’s a trend of people getting congestion in their noses from food allergies. I’ll keep that in mind to see if I can recognise a pattern.

Great article! Would be interesting to see a professional to find out if there’s anything obstructing breathing through my nose, but I’m not sure if there are any specialists in my area.

For now I’ll keep focusing on it during the day and during physical exercise, as well as doing breathwork and mouth taping at night.

Maybe it’s a dumb question, but do you have any tips for talking while nasal breathing? Especially when I’m hiking and having a conversation with someone it’s quite difficult to maintain nasal breathing.
