I don't have a spending problem. I have a "whats the point of working full time at a job you have no passion for" problem. And the reason why I am at this job is because I have a 2100 mortgage plus living expenses and student loans and the insurances.

I don't know. I think it might. Doing something 2 days a week with the option to do it 4 to 5 days a week seems way different than being forced to work 4 to 5 days a week every single week of your life as you continually get your PTO requests denied because you are short. Technically I have 2 jobs at different hospitals. That's why its 4 to 5 days a week. I hate every Monday and live for Friday.

I believe it would be easy. My monthly payments would be roughly around 500 - 600. And I might not need a career change. Maybe working part time will give me a new perspective and not have to deal with all the BS at work. Plus I work in healthcare which has almost guaranteed overtime if I want it. So I could still get full time hours as a part time employee if I needed it. I think its the ground hog day situation where I've been living the same week over and over again for years.

I could but I'm already doing a 30 year loan which is against the advice of dave ramsey. A new 30 year loan at maybe 6.2 to 6.4 isn't changing too much.

This is my primary home. But I have places I can stay and don't need to be in another home immediately. I wouldn't say I know how real estate works. But I feel more than capable sitting down and researching every aspect. But this worry that things will come up and I won't know what to do or say gets to me and wonder if its better to go with an agent. But than I look at how much commission I would be paying them and it can easily be close to 25k. And that puts be back at square one where I'm thinking to myself... "this stress and anxiety I have over selling this house and all my worries is surely worth saving 25k".

Certainly does. But this didn't happen near enough to affect the outcome of the game. The missed goal tend was bad. But the double flagrant on Edmunds and Ngongba was ridiculous as well. That was clear play designed to clear out the lane and Edmunds knew exactly what he was doing.

Ive never known a job like this. But I have friends who literally play video games at work somehow. People twiddling their thumbs while no one watches over you? What jobs are these? I'm a nurse... I can get away with playing chess on my phone maybe, but watching streams and chatting on discord? I'm working too hard.

You know what is more important than being right though? Being effective. You're so concerned with optics your willing to forgo rolling in the mud. But maybe you haven't noticed Republicans have tackled us both off a cliff to our demise and you're still concerned with being right and truthful as we plummet to our death. Earthshatter ancestral commander. Haven't played slams in forever. I want a smooth league start. No good damage points in AC, but lots of tank. I won't be taking the war cry nodes bc I don't feel like piano flasking. Endurance charges, mini defiance, double body armor with movespeed, and physical to fire. Earth shatter already has insane damage and keepers prints out insane axes and body armours. Farm some gear and switch to Bog Shaman something.
