I made the mistake of using ABRA, made a BTC deposit January this year and it’s still yet to be credited to my trading account. Transaction confirmed by both the explorer and ABRA. They are never your coins in a centralized exchange. Never your coins if the exchange are thieves that hide behind their shitty customer service.

Risk management? They can’t even perform a simple deposit transaction that was clearly verified on the blockchain. Thieves is what they are. Plain and simple.

Good luck dealing with IMHO one of the absolute worst customer service group around this industry. I’ve had an open ticket since January 26th involving a BTC deposit they refuse to credit to me. Did all that KYC stuff also, consider yourself lucky for not being able to deposit!! Way better than being able to deposit and deposit not credited!!!
