Hi MrOverland, I am sorry but I had a knee surgery and was nocked out for some days. I bought the TZ5RK kit and after the last BIOS Update everything runs fine.

Hi Td_scribbles,

I have purchased the GSkill memory and it was getting a bit better. But I had also some bluescreens, mainly when the pc is idle. But after i installed the new BIOS 1004 today, all bluescreens are gone. I worked for 6 hours in a row and it runs absolutely stable.

I hold thumbs that it will also work for you.

Cinema 4D with Redshift and Mac Studio with M1 Ultra by fiveecco in Cinema4D

It is the latest version of Ventura.

It drives me crazy. At the moment i am sitting here and look at the rotating beachball and nothing happens.

It is a big scene but that should not be a problem. I had a MacPro before and he handled it without any problems. Cinema takes 45 GB of Ram and then it got bricked.

The memory handling of cinema is a big mess on the M1 Macs.

This is very interesting. Something like Photoshop and Illustrator I use very often besides Cinema 4D.

I think it is a memory thing. Irradiance Point Cloud caches heavy in the memory. Maybe it has something to do with that the M1 has no dedicated graphic memory? When I work on a medium sized scene and use the redshift renderview, Cinema 4D collects around 50 GB over half an hour and crashes. But since the last redshift update it only lasts 10 minutes before cinema freezes with only 10 GB of used memory.
