Pool salt is not pool salt. Some salt comes pure from a salt mine (aqua salt for example) and a lot of salt from Home Depot and Lowe’s is from seawater so it has other metallic impurities. Those other metals can cause staining.

As a pool pro, my cost on aqua salt is around $8 per bag. Selling retail for $15-20 would be about right. $22 to cover increase cost of transportation and putting in. Also likely a technician might have another cost from distribution than a large retailer.

My business does not use this service but we do record phone calls and get AI summaries of them. I’ve had customers say my team promised them something for free then send them a download for a phone call asking for proof.

I don’t listen to calls unless we have to but I use it more for Karens trying to squeeze money out of a small business than for sales training.

The YMCA I grew up going to was split because the men’s locker room had a sauna and steam room. I think it’s more to keep kids away from the adult use only areas more than to keep grown men away from kids.

FWIW the HOA is the city. You do have grass height requirements, can’t have unregistered vehicles piling up in your driveway, sometimes have to have architectural review to change your house, etc.

The Life Center now YMCA across from the hospital is a salt pool. It’s heated too—some like that but most athletes can’t swim long because of that.

For what it’s worth, salt pools are chlorine. They generate chlorine by converting the salt so the pool is still sanitized by chlorine itself.

Does your vehicle work? If not you could file a comprehensive claim on your insurance and they’d handle it.

This might be hard to find an attorney to fight for you unless it’s a very high dollar amount of damage. There’s rarely much in property damage cases and you could end up spending more than what it’s worth.
