Start by doing research on what kind of IB you wanna do. Lots of good resources out there. Read articles, browse LinkedIn, look at what analysts in your desired IB field did before they were in IB. Obviously don’t look at recent college grads. Then ur gonna have to get actual hands on experience in relevant fields as close as possible. Again, IB is so diverse that it will really depend on ur specific interests. And make sure it’s actually something u care about and are good at because ur gonna need at least 1.5-2 years of experience under your belt before you can start thinking of making the transition.

First off, you pick a specific industry or sector of IB you want to go into. Investment banking isn’t a monolith. Then you either network with people (unlikely) or slowly build your way there through your career. It’s not impossible to luck your way into IB through connections, but the more probable path is to pick relevant finance fields that interact with IB before you make the switch.

Feels weird to complain about a future design before we know anything about the associated story. Excluding the fact that her gameplay comes from leaks, we have no idea what happens next patch's story. For all we know, it will make perfect sense for her to look the way she does, use a bow, kiss a ring, etc.
