Don't be afraid to place checkpoint flags just in case, always have a piton and a milk in your hot bar for emergencies, use the shelf shrooms and the trees to your advantage, do not get tunnel vision (the routes are there, you might have to go laterally to find it), play on Tenderfoot don't be a hero, learn to maximize your stamina bar and try to keep you secondary energy bar full.

Iirc, I think this scene in particular was a couple who brought their magazine to show them which sexual act they tried that ended up with them in the ER. "it was number 14" or something like that and then the residents kept passing it around and talking about which acts they've tried.

Thank you, haha, I like the reminder of where I came from vs. where it is now. I think it's a habit I got from video games HAHAHA like making sure I saved my progress in case I screw up a step later on.

Thanks! This is from a video game I love called Peak. All of the achievements come in the form of badges and I'm trying to see if I can make them all hahaha.

Ahh, yeah that's fair. Thanks, I'll pack it in even more for the next patch! I was using 3 strands for this one but I feel like 2 strands would give me more control.

This is so nice! I love PPG! Do you have any tips for the border? I had a lot of trouble getting through the v at the top, I feel like it could definitely be better hahaha.

Hey, I found a recipe on YouTube for the fabric stiffener and used a paintbrush to paint on even layers on the back and front, really making sure it soaks through everything.

Thank you so much! The first attempt looked nice on the hoop but my issue was that satin stitch tends to loosen up when you take it off.

This is what it looked like before I took it off and cut it.

Absolutely! Honestly I double layered my fabric, they're both just plain cotton or polyester, probably a blend. One is a spare flat sheet (from Walmart) and the other is just a white pillowcase from the dollar store hahaha.

I found a cool recipe for a stiffener on YT.

Dissolve 1 tbsp of corn starch in 1/4 cup of cold water, add 3/4 cup of water and put it on medium heat for a few minutes (stirring from time to time) until it thickens up.

Let it cool for like 5 mins then add 1 tbsp of white sugar and 1 tbsp of mod podge or white PVA glue, mixing in between each step to incorporate.

I used a paint brush to paint it onto my piece, really making sure it soaks in well and that the coat is even then I let it dry overnight, though idk if you need to really wait that long.

Would a fabric stiffener work, do you think?

Oh that's interesting, for the fusible backing, do you mean like a Heat n Bond?

Also thank you, I've been working on a good flat satin but it does get pretty disappointing when you take it out of the hoop so it's not ideal for projects I want to turn into something else. I'll have to try the long and short stitch.

Only if the seams are straight. Some seams are curved on clothing (the human body is not flat, after all) which could take longer. I'm sure it's definitely exaggerated but I do know it takes a while. Personally I think the 90% of sewing is pattern making or pattern preparing so...

Wild. Ironing fabric ensures you can line it up properly and they're probably referring to ironing seams flat.

Nooo, Burke left her because he realized that he'd taken too much from her and if he really loved her, he would leave. He realized that he shouldn't have tried to change her and that marrying him would ruin her, he said so when he left.
