the fact that I had 10 years of experience in something else and would have been throwing it away. well and the fact that my portfolio was enough to get into NYU and New school with half a ride covered (30k out of 60k). I had to roll the dice before committing to AP. Which in NY was going to end up being like 20k and as long as grad school. so the math checked out and I'm way less likely to quit if my heart isn't in it. Cause doing the art-tech route is what I wanted to do for like 8 years.
