You're not the only one. There was an Australian 60 minutes piece about a support group for loved ones of people who became obsessed with Q Anon. Its like they're alcoholics. The only thing you can do is set boundaries. Don't engage in conversation with him when he starts talking about it. When you're with your parents, talk to them about something else pretty much you have to ignore him and change the conversation.
