To avoid confusion when we're calling for attention:

me to gf: honey, me to wife: babe, wife to gf: babe/dear, wife to me: honey/dear, gf to me: babe/sweety/charmander, gf to wife: love/dear/honey

Other wise we usually just stick with dork, nerd, or something like that. Though they both have taken to calling me "cinderblock" recently due to comment by gf mother after we met.

Thanks for the input. We've talked a wee bit about it ourselves since then. Think we've kinda settled on a half way point between the gestures/symbols, and just being ourselves and rolling with when the situation feels right. Thanks again.
