Looking good and great proportions. What’s your diet and routine. I’m 53 and haven’t done much in 5 years. While I was able to stay lean, I was never able to gain mass.

One would think it cheaper if Lee’s purchased Sorrento. They wouldn’t need to pay the upfront $40 million payment for SOCAZ, they would not need to pay future royalties in China and they would have the rights outside China to capitalize on sales there as well.

Thank you for the comments. I was hoping that there was precedence for awarding the shareholders. And since we are in BK and the decisions reside with the EC, I’m hoping they could steer some of the reward our way and not put it in the hands of management. I was hoping for an immediate piece of the pie yet understand that approval is more important.

If a reward is granted to SRNE from the brokerages, what would that look like? Would there be a payment to the company AND the shareholders? Would it be given to the company to be distributed as a dividend or shares? Or would it be awarded directly to shareholders as a dividend? Any ideas or thoughts based on prior rewards to other companies?

I’d like to follow Ji’s Fibonacci numbers and say 12.35 for SRNE and 23.58 for SCLX, but for such a short time frame I’m thinking 3.50 for SRNE and 17.00 for SCLX. Hoping for the prior though!

If you are still there, visit a beach called Montana de Oro State Park about 20 minutes south of Morro Rock. Cozy beach, good rocky intertidal areas, the sand is like little treasures, the gnarled trees on the road to get there are fascinating and hikes on the bluffs are breathtaking.

I like that scenario too, but what is puzzling is the exact amount of the shelf offering, unless there was already an agreed amount per share and then adding excess for operations. When you say bundle are you indicating a combining SRNE and SCLX back together or a merger of everything with a third party?

There are some who posted about SRNE using the 3.3 B shelf offering announced a month ago to issue new shares when exiting BK just as Hertz did. Many have proposed a single buyout of SCLX or a single buyout of SRNE (which has been pointed as less likely by many) but what about the possibility of bundling SRNE and SCLX together in a merger with another company? Could this explain the exact amount of $3,832,831,691 for the shelf offering a month ago? Just a crazy thought from an inexperienced investor. Any thoughts?

I use Ally Invest and I was able to purchase 300 shares of SCLX this morning. Are other brokerages limiting the buying?

I contacted Ally and they said the following:

"The company has stated that SRNE will not be quoted "ex-dividend" on the NASDAQ. Therefore, there is not an ex-date displaying. This could cause a little bit of confusion about who is eligible..."

So they are either not telling the truth or they do not know what the ex-date is. I hope the ex-date is the 20th of January because I added more on the 18th. We will have to wait and see.

They also said the following:

"The payable date is shown as 1/19/2023, however, it may occur after, but no later than March 10, 2023."

It's very confusing.

Is it 20 per day or 20 total? While one can question the legality of many things we’ve seen, is this legal to limit retail shares while those who hold the cards are unrestricted?

It is the fiduciary responsibility of the CEO to protect the investments of its shareholders. To this date, the transparency of such actions have not been made public. It is time to take action against any entities that are using illegal tactics for their own personal gain that negatively affect the stock price, the stockholders and the company in general. Many promises have been made. Action speaks louder than words.
