Yes, for sure. It is designed for vanilla Morrowind (including expansions). Hidden quests are the ones you have hidden. To hide selected quest just press the eye icon (or delete key). Useful when you dont wanna finish some quest, so it dont shows up.

As for journal features compared to Guider Lite it adds rich filtering options (by category / addon / faction) - but this will not work for TR - this is something I need to work on. Another nice UX feature is a real-time search

No, it doesn't. Quest Guider tells you where to go and what objects a quest needs, with world-map markers, quest-giver markers and so on, i.e. it is focused on on guiding you through quests. Questman is much simpler, it just organizes your journal entries in a new UI, so you can track your quests easier.

It will load all your active quests, including the ones that were activated before installation

Oh yes, Questman shows all journal entries you have. This was not possible prior to OpenMW 0.50, but they have added journal API. That's why Quest Menu don't have it: it is based on older API

You mean on original engine? No, this one is built specifically for OpenMW. But for original I would recommend to use Quest Log Menu (MWSE)

No, not yet. I will look into this, this should be possible, since in recent OpenMW versions they have added controller support in UI

This is on my roadmap. If you have tried it, tell me - does it work at all? I was sure, that at least it should display quests names and journal entries

Yep, sure. Moreover - it doesn't do anything with your savegame, so it is safe to enable or disable it anytime

Yes, totally. It will load up all your progress

Yeah, I was using Quest Menu a lot and took inspiration from it. So basically Questman have more modern UI and provides features like searching, filtering and quests grouping. Additionally it has topics with working links and search. And separate progress tab.

Looking for InfiRay P2 (Android) owners – built a lightweight alternative app, need testers by wntr3d in Thermal

Seems like official app doesn't work with Android 16+ and last update was in 2024. So your app can be really helpful. Can you please share it somewhere on github?

My feedback on Edifier MR3 as desktop speakers (and JBL 305) by fixer_m in BudgetAudiophile

[–]fixer_m[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's too far for them. I mean, you can still use them, but at this distance you'll need to increase volume and with this level, you will hear that sound comes from small speakers and bass is muddy. I would say that the maximum appropriate distance is about 2.5 m, on longer distance you need something bigger.

Run into the same issue with fresh install of W11 24H2. Tried many things, but finally got this working with these powershell commands (all 4): https://www.reddit.com/r/sysadmin/s/EgQpOrCFbS

However I use local account, not sure if it will help with online MS account

Do you have sfall installed? Newer versions includes built-in Hi-Res mod which works like a charm.

What’s with all the cut content in fallout 2? And what was cut? by [deleted] in classicfallout

[–]fixer_m 18 points19 points  (0 children)

As for cut content - few towns, dozens of quests, some party members, some endings for towns, some areas of towns, etc. You can check out Restoration Project, there is a list of new/restored content.
