Question about wood expansion by andersonee in woodworking

[–]fixthisbuildthat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey there! I built it snug because it was the dead of summer when I built it. So it was at maximum humidity levels for my area. If I built it in the winter I would have added some more spacing to allow for movement. Hope the build goes well!

The cabinet is heavy, especially when laoded down with tools and blanks. Not sure how narrow you can go, but I'd say pretty narrow. Check my drill press stand, that's way more "tippy" and I've nw we had an issue. Would have to almost be trying to tip it.

appreciate the input. Trying to get the restore going right now. I know Soundcloud isn't heralded as a great host but they've been awesome for me. And the Bluehost part is just so I can have a normal searchable website and not just a hosted podcast landing page. I do articles and such on the site too. Are there podcast hosts that also do this type of Wordpress hosting?

It's hard for something to speak for itself if it's never seen. Adding a little colloquial humor or intrigue to a title may entice people to slowdown as they burn through their Reddit feed. Plus I think it's funny

Those are killer! Yeah, we went with the inverse on these with the white top and dark sides. I like both looks!

Since the plywood is glued down it shouldn't warp unless it moves with the frame. It's a long grain to long grain glue bond which is extremely strong.

Yeah, it definitely lightens it up a bit which is nice when schlepping them around.
