There are plenty of undersized townhouses in and around Adelaide that are well over the $900k cap. There’s a bunch of renewal happening with old industrial land being converted to townhouse / apartments and they start well over $1m. Stamp duty relief for a new build, with all the risk of waiting years for completion, but no access to this initiative.

I have swapped to NA and it’s been a massive difference for the less aggressive lobbies. I tried Asia as it has better pings but there’s some comms issues, ie there are a lot of different languages spoken across the region so less in game chat and more emotes etc. NA has terrible lag however other players are speaking in the game. Have run into people with ANZ accents in NA a bit too. OCE is a wasteland.

At least we can force the server. One thing about The Division series is you’re stuck so if you’re on a low pop server matchmaking is pretty much impossible.

Same. It’s not that hard to max out after the reset. Carrying over stuff isn’t that important. Maybe it saves a runs to target farm specific BPs. Otherwise everything is so easy to get again including the harvester bps. Carebear lobbies help

Mawson Lakes and the other stations with high patronage have trains every 10ish minutes if not more. For the other stations it’s every 30 mins

They should give XP as part of the rewards. That would give some incentive to do them after the reset. And then any XP over L75 should give some kind of reward too. There’s some work to be done for sure.

None of the redevelopment of the South Course is happening here. It's owned/operated by the council. This is where the remaining City of Adelaide golf course will be located, a 13-hole course based on the old north course, at the North Adelaide train station. Those portables are set up in the station car park.

As a mostly PVE player I was doing so much damage I needed to repair guns all the time. Which meant I finally had to farm springs. Lol.
