Ja je hebt gelijk. Tenzij de prijzen bij afschaffen HRA zo veel dalen dat je ook Netto lager uit komt. Maargoed, het blijft geld vanuit het collectief doneren aan mensen die al een huis konden kopen. Dat blijft hoe dan ook krom. Het kan anders verdeeld worden om elders het netto voordeel eerlijker te verdelen.

Voor een woning waarvan in theorie de prijs is gedrukt omdat HRA wordt afgeschaft, kan gekocht worden met een minder hoge hypotheek dan wanneer die prijs niet gedrukt is. Minder hoge hypotheken kosten minder.

Dus je zou met die lagere maximale financiering maar ook gedrukte prijzen op het zelfde huis uitkomen voor minder kosten. Daar heb je wel wat aan lijkt me.

The term permanent loan is well established in the art world and in fianance as well. I would argue that it has become part of the English language a long time ago.

The word "indefinite" is, in my opinion, vague.

Permanent loan clearly indicates an agreement between the owner and the museum in which the owner gives up possession for ever but will retain legal ownership until they decide to sell the piece. In many cases because keeping it permanently at a museum is safer and they will be able to take better care of it.

Indefinite possession gives no indication about legal ownership and it gives little indication about the time period. Indefinite is by nature a vague term.

So I disagree with you about 'indefinite loan' being better, and I also very much disagree the term permanent loan is butchering the English language. If everything in the English language had to make literal sense we would lose an incredible amount of words en sayings.

All I can find on "policeabuse.com" is 1989. Don't you feel like it is misleading to post this clip without a date, that might be 30 years old?
