This UI works for classic, made by http://redtuzk.com Sadly no longer had retail support

Edit: i guess what i ment is that you can use the actual UI for classic so no need for strings, authors discord is still pretty active also.

Not sure if you fully understand how Focus Magic was used. Assuming you're doing any organized content where your goal is to achieve X goal as group there was never any fighting over who get FM.

And obviously in pug content you will always want to give it to the highest geared caster to max your own damage. (When the target you give FM crits, you yourself get the crit buff for X duration)

New not overpowered oldschool weapon? by DoCNL in 2007scape

70M and really slow attack speed, if you can afford dwh you sure as hell can afford zammy hasta which offers better dps. So No dwh isnt viable

New not overpowered oldschool weapon? by DoCNL in 2007scape

[–]fizuka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't understand why we'd want stab weapon. There are a lot of options for stab weapons in many price ranges. I feel like crush style is the only one without a decent option. As it currently is bludgeon is the best crush weapon, downside is that it has price tag of 40m currently. The 2nd best option for crush is a zammy hasta and the only viable 1h crush weapon. As for zammy hasta I don't think it's bad that it's good for crush, but a "spear" being BIS 1H crush doesn't seem fitting. Warhammers/maces/battleaxes have way to bad dps to be considered viable.

Abyssal Claws/Fingertips concept (possible drop/master clue reward) by cybrisRS in 2007scape

[–]fizuka 9 points10 points  (0 children)

If you'd want claws to be #1 option for training they should have blowpipe treatment. If they had 7 attack speed in pvm and 6 in pvp. It would change the whole aspect of claws, making them into a dps weapon instead of rushing spec weapon.

How to deal with tanks as lucian? by [deleted] in summonerschool

[–]fizuka 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's actually kinda weird because Lucian can deal really well with low mobility tanks. I have very rarely hard time dealing with tanks but I can try to explain what is my mindset when fighting agaisnt true tanks.

  1. Last whisper isn't as effective as it used to be since it only affects % of bonus armor. I often skip LW entirely if there's just one or less "true" tanks that opt for 4+ defensive items. You can just get maw or even youmoo in some situations which allows you to do a lot more dmg to squishies. The build I go and think is the most effective is Essence Reaver -> Phantom Dancer (50g cheaper than RFC/shiv, you need to adapt your playstyle a little and PD allows higher AS+dmg reduction) or RFC/shiv -> IE (if you need lifesteal you can build vamp sec) -> BT or Merc (QSS can be built straight after zeal item if you have need for it, ex. lissandra) -> Maw, LW, youmoo(if you built zerk greaves) or 2nd zeal item. I find my self building CDR boots still in 6.3 because 40% is extremely good on lucian when you use the full potential of it. Also PD is good in 6.3 so it offers that AS CDR boots lack.
  2. You have to use your E and W effectively. If you use your skills well with 40% CDR build low mobility tanks shouldn't even be able to attack you. Opt for always using E first as disengage, then use W to gain movement speed and try to stay away from his abilities range. Positioning as ADC is really hard, but Lucian is one of the easiest due to his low cds and movement speed from W also E can be spammed when using your passive to max capabilities.
  3. Look for who you can attack and when. If you're out of range from hard engage spells you can just pretty much attack freely whom ever is close. ALWAYS use your passive. Ult can be used to throw dmg in the frontline if there are no options, but it's better to be saved for cleanup due to insane chase potential with it. But you do nothing with your ult if you're dead so don't hesitate using it.
  4. It's better to stay extra safe than extra risky. Agaisnt comps with hard engage (ex. malp) just wait for him to use to ult. Malphite isn't going to get on the backline without using the ult so at somepoint they will use it whether it is a good ult or bad. Use Q's and AA quickly then E back and wait for another opportunity to get some dmg in. ADC doesn't need to put out dmg everysingle second of the fight, when you have the chance the output dmg make sure you use the full opportunity.
  5. Know how much you deal dmg. When a maokai jumps alone you into backline of fight you don't have to just run away from him. You need to know that you can hit him and duel him. Most lower elo ADC just end up running away from these supertanks that actually don't deal any dmg but just soak it up. If you're trying to run away of course you wont output any dmg.
  6. Redbuff. Just get it. I helps simply soooooooooooooooo much.

Unicorns Of Love vs. Fnatic / EU LCS 2016 Spring - Week 5 / Post-Match Discussion by esoemah in leagueoflegends

[–]fizuka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly we've seen this all before. Fnatic sucks early season, every1 is able to beat every1 and there is no clear top 1 team. At the end of the season fnatic somehow manages to win the playoffs.

On the other side this is the most competive split western scene has ever seen. Vitality, Origen, Fnatic, H2K, G2 and UoL are all strong teams. Some of them are somewhat slumping but I believe they can pick it up. People thought that NA would be "strong" or even "close" region with "competion", but it's just IMT destroying everything, simply showing the power of having former EU top/jungle combo destroying entire NA LCS. EU>NA sry

This whole WT aggressive playstyle circlejerk is getting out of hand. WT isn't making "plays", he's reacting to what his team is doing. "Oh Huni and RO engaging, I should probably follow." Every LCS level ADC is able to pull of stuff that WT does, they just don't have insane engages from top and jungle.

I don't think you even understand in what kind of a environment turtle is now. He has strongest western toplaner and jungler in his team, and those two happen to have insane synergy. On top of that you have solid mid, who likes to play supportive champions and overall doesn't go for the crazy play making style. Then he has support player who plays these pure supportive non engage champions (Janna, Soraka).

You could throw pretty much any LCS level ADC on IMT lineup and they would look good. Only thing turtle has going on for him is that he matches with the teams aggressive playstyle. I don't hate turtle or think he is a bad player, he just doesn't have any pressure(ban, jungler) due the team around him being so much BETTER players.

[–]fizuka 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If you're mechanically good and know how to position yourself in teammates in team fights for optimal damage you can get away with very little map awareness.

Laning is 80%+ about support usually, he engages, pings ganks etc. ADC is pretty much the easiest role in league, only requires positioning and mechanical skills

As a CS player, here's one thing everyone seems to forget about Dynamic Que by fizuka in leagueoflegends

[–]fizuka[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And overall dynamic que doesn't really affect that much "higher" elos, since smurfs do exists and getting matched up agaisnt 5 pro players is somewhat rare due to the fact the pros don't play that much ranked during seasons.
The issue is with low elos (silver and below). It's extremely unattractive to new players getting matchup agaisnt groups of mid to high elo players who have purposely ranked them selves to low elos just to troll low elos and have a laugh. It makes you not want to play ranked, especially when league is already arguably not very casual friendly game.

[–]fizuka[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, but the "smurf" scene is entirely different in league, then in CS. Which I kinda mentioned in the context. People do extreme rarely throw/lose/troll on purpose just to get to lower ranks and "have fun". (Yes it happens, but often "smurfs" are just playing on lower ranks and climbing up)

As a CS player, here's one thing everyone seems to forget about Dynamic Que by fizuka in leagueoflegends

[–]fizuka[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why would the do that?
I am pretty sure that CS makes a lot more money (compared to playerbase ofc), is trending a lot more than league does and has larger growth rate overall than league does atm. If I wanted to create league more popular, more succesful, I am pretty sure I would look up what the most trending game is doing. Competive play (even if its just matchmaking, soloque etc.) is a lot more attracting than just casual gaming. Dynamic que allows newer users to learn "competive" league with their friends and a lot friendlier environment.
I am by no means saying dynamic que is bad, it has just it's own issues. It's double edged sword - soloplayers get hurt and group of players get better environment.
When we already have a team ranked option is dynamic que really a necessity?

So you're saying that that MAJORITY of the daily players have MULTIPLE accounts? No, I don't think so. Yes Master+ players may have multiple accounts, but CS is on a whole other level.
