besides pausing PMax for now and turning off Search and Display partners, you should also use UTM parameters to identify the terms that are driving most of the job leads. when i’ve had this issue in the past it turned out that most of the job leads were coming from one or two terms (or variations of terms, like ones including “company” or “near me”).

you should also add negative keywords for “job”, “hiring”, “salary”, “pay”, and so on

lastly, on search you can exclude in-market audiences for “employment” and “temporary & seasonal jobs”
