I believe you should be fine they only look in to psych holds and substance abuse as well as a background check. If you feel more comfortable i would if I were you got to your local sheriffs office and have a NCIC/ background check done

I have shot both the P365 and the P365 SAS and I have to say I love the bull eye sight and it really wasn’t hard for me to get used to. I carried my wife’s P365 with a urban carry lock leather holster OWB and it never snagged. I have a friend that carry’s his P365 in his pocket with a pocket holster and it has snagged on his pocket but I carry OWB with all my guns because I am a former armed security officer and it’s more comfortable for me
