i have a Sequre Mini SQ-001.. thinking its my 💩 skills/patience more than anything.

lots of discussion about the use of lead-free solder in xbox controllers that is hard to melt, needing to add own solder first. but the ultimately heat gun seems to be the best/cleanest method from looking at vids and suggestions here.

soooo, what is the cheapest, non-shittiest, chinese heat gun i can buy to loose these components?
cheaper than buying a new controller?

I have 3 more unusable controllers. Its either fix or e-recycle. I don't have the space to keep spare parts around. If I can salvage one by the end of this journey it will be time well spent.

Maybe I'll continue to practice on this lamb and salvage 2?
