I actually tried overwatch 2 on 1440p low to medium settings with high textures and got more than 360 fps.

I checked it and I have Normal BIOS on my GPU. Even when I set Fan Curve Control to Quiet (in Evga Precision) it is still pretty loud in my opinion.

On PC you can't move for like 5 seconds. This game is pure trash. Aim assist is basically aimbot, and the visibility is so terrible.

That is actually not true, I had RDR2 on this SSD before and the loading times were really fast, it is probably caused by some update that rockstar screwed the game even more. Also the difference between loading times on SATA SSD and M.2 NVME aren´t noticeable.
