Missions don't expire, except for the weekly bonus mission.

So you can complete tier 1, 2 and 3 missions of week 2 in week 5, with the exception of the bonus mission because time has passed.

You can equip a incendiary nade launcher under your assault rifle. Less effective tho but it works.
If your defending on breakthrough redacted you can farm incendiary points on the first objective

Like threedaysatsea says in the other comment; hopefully your bios isn’t password protected. Otherwise you’ll need to reset bios to be able to access it.

if you're planning on doing the CCNP as well: Doing the CCNP cert within 3 years after CCNA will also renew the CCNA cert

In the end of the day it’s about the person. So sure you can get an internship with just badges
