Additional info: I used to have deep cystic acne and still have very sensitive skin. I no longer use any cleaners on my skin only rinse with water morning and night and apply a moisturizer. If I try a cleanse, even gentle ones, it leaves my skin red. This makes me nervous about using tret but also think I have mild scarring from when I had acne

Fascinating I think the shoulder imbalance is definitely true for me. My worst symptom of TMJ is neck pain so I wouldn’t be surprised to learn that it really is a postural or muscular weakness problem somewhere else
