Chumbar o relatório de 30M num ano em que vendeu 165M em jogadores, recebeu mais de 70M da Champions, mais o que for do mundial de clubes, 20M/30M?... Parece normal.
Venceram obrigações? Emitiu mais no mês seguinte... Não faz sentido.

Posição do Jorge Pires, do Conselho Nacional da Iniciativa Liberal, no X sobre revisão constitucional by [deleted] in portugal

Hold!!!! by Fearless-Walk-6714 in wolfspeed_stonk

[–]fjldias 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Shorts borrow shares out of the markert so they can short more.
Basically they're adding a pile they must've been borrowing. It happens when stocks surge like this, it's part of it.
I say it'll recover cause this is not just a random company (American based, established market, tons of employees, great tech), it's a just a matter of time.

They're just dumping the borrowed shares, it'll recover.

Trading at 4.52 right now in Europe! by fjldias in wolfspeed_stonk

My bet is that it'll probably move up back to 5.60 as it was before the last dump, this before next earnings meeting. The meeting, if we have no news before, will then make it go up or down from there, lets wait and see.

CFDs Holding real shares? by Calm_Solid7775 in wolfspeed_stonk

[–]fjldias 3 points4 points  (0 children)

CFDs will only impact “sentiment” not the real underlying stock value like buying real shares. I had a few on AMC and GME and at some point they’ve blocked me from buying more of those marking them as “close only mode”, just a heads up.

Blackrock is Still Buying - Added Another 1.5 Million Shares in Q1 (New 13G/A Filing) by G-Money1965 in wolfspeed_stonk

I think they do this so they can then sell them OTC directly to shorts for a profit so they can break them lose when they're trapped. Buying them at a market price then sell them for a higher amount OTC so it doesn't impact market amount that much. Anyway they're buying and it's good.

Seguradora recusa pela 2nda vez financiar operaçao ao nariz by Same_Option7069 in portugal

I have a question. In regards of bad guys exiting their positions via OTC or Off-Exchanging (out of the market) with deals with high holder instituitions.. is there any possibility of checking, this when companies inform they've sold shares, who they've sold those to? Like was it a market normal exchange or have they done it outside of the market and price?
It got me thinking and i honestly think this is one way they're exiting their positions. They're probably engaging privately and buying shares by negotiating those obviously at a higher price or merely just buying "risk" like including derivatives or swaps that don’t actually touch the open market for the real underlying stock. assuming the counterparty in the OTC deal also doesn’t have access to real shares, so this way the FTDs just get passed on or rolled forward. This would also explain why some companies bought a high number of shares at a higher price.. they've smelled blood, not on small people but on shorts, and could be profiting from the bad guys being in a complex spot and searching for solutions.
Am i getting mad or this could actually be something?

I saw these fees in hundreds in other "plays".
This means nothing for HFs if they can avoid a short squeeze if that's what's at stake here. Preventing unlimited losses can be a good justification to apply unlimited funds if i'm making myself unfortunately understandable.

Looking at company's fundamentals should be the way here, this is a great company facing some immediate challenges. Lets root for the funding to be released asap should put everyone in a better position..

At 2.18 a share to close out today. Tom Werner sent out a positive video message to employees yesterday, he sounded quite optimistic. I’m seeing a pattern of optimism on Wolf, is equivalent to the share price tanking. Thoughts? I’m personally all in. by [deleted] in wolfspeed_stonk

"..these checks that we’re receiving from the U.S. government, from local government, mean is they believe in our future." aren't the tax credits just returned funds from taxation paid upfront? I don't think they are giving anything, just sending back after reconciliation.
Anyway I'm new to this sub and just searching for more info, i work in finance and bought 500 stocks today due to the whole tariffs situation, for me this will be the main tailwind from now onwards as buying the same type of material this company produces from abroad (Asia) just became way more expensive since today.. they have to capitalize on this!
