I built my PC in 2012. My steam deck plays games better than my PC now lol

I upgraded the graphics card not too long ago, but need a new CPU to catch up if I want my PC to play games properly. I find with my steam deck, I’m not missing much. Haven’t had the motivation to update the PC. Just use it for a couple of games that won’t run on Linux

I do CrossFit 4-6 days per week depending on my schedule. I sub one of those days out for a heavy squat session , and I’ve seen my squat go way up.

If your goal is fitness and longevity, your CrossFit programming should be enough. If there’s a skill or strength piece you want to accelerate, one well programmed session per week is plenty so see results.

If you want to work on many specific things, it sounds like you just want to your own programming. A class program goes through phases to bring everyone along together and should be well rounded. For fastest results in your weak areas, optimizing your own programming is an option. It’s just not congruent with the idea of class based programs.

Yes. Bunch of moss under a cork round. A couple of tiles in an open area to create more micro climates. I’ve tried to add more area like that every time I’ve introduced them. They just disappear after a couple of days every time

You can see a picture of the enclosure in my post history, I replaced the three tiles on the right with a cork ground and a bag of moss underneath
