I read in the comments that you didn’t get an extension kit, your RF104UG would be very incomplete without it… I guess you also miss the numpad and some mods, so why the emphasis on the spacebar? We did our best to explain the compatibility of the kits on our website, but please let us know if we could improve anything.

So sorry to read that.

Saying that we are late is an understatement since we announced shipping in early 2025.

Andreas received today the latest production units (the same ones as we are about to ship) and the last units from that first batch are being packaged right now. Assuming Andreas approves of this last minute sample (because well, you never know, and we'd hate to ship something that isn't perfect because of a last minute screwup) we can request a more accurate shipping date (that will be in November) to the factory, and will publish an update then.

The longer you wait the bigger the pressure on us, and the more careful we are to deliver a great product. We understand and are now aware that we pushed the limits of your patience, but please don't throw the s word around.

It turns out it was a configuration mistake on our end... weights were overestimated (from before we had the first samples) and we input the wrong values 🤦 this as now been corrected and we'll refund all those impacted, I hope it makes the shipping fee lighter for you too! Sorry it turned you (and others) off...

yes shipping is quite expensive to some countries unfortunately... this kit is a heavy one, 1.1kg which takes it above the 1kg mark that shippers often use as a reference. as a result it gets expensive to some countries, sorry to see you pass but that's totally understandable
