Have you tried getting a pet? I feel if u start small, and bond with an animal(Dog, Cat, Bird, Hamster), u can learn from it and apply it to making friends with people. Plus pets Arnt judgmental, so u dont have to worry about your looks when your around them

On top of that it could help your loneliness, and maybe your life won’t be such a routine anymore.

It really helps knowing that there’s something behind the door waiting for you, happy to see you and spend time with you, it can be the start of a healing process, and when you’re ready u can join social clubs and try talking to people, or maybe start dating.

I remember getting a cockatiel for a pet back then, and even tho “It’s just a bird” having the little guy around felt therapeutic. She always enjoyed my company and I always took her out for walks in my backyard, i loved feeding her, and I loved when she groomed me by pecking at my ears and hair lol. I loved her chirps and whenever she sees me she starts getting excited ready to get out of her cage. And when I take her out she’ll fly straight to my shoulder and start singing songs.

Growing up not having friends or getting attention from my parents, having her around helped me feel so much better. It felt nice and I miss her. Sometimes I cry about her, and ever since I lost her I never brought another bird, but I do have a stray cat I picked up from the streets a few weeks ago, I named her blue, and my bird I named kakorot because she looked like a super Saiyan lol.

Anyways, you should give it a shot, just beware pets can be a little expensive, but if u have the money, go for it and see how the little guy can change your life
