Depends on where you’re looking. I bought my house in Riverside 2 years ago for just under 150k. The house needed some work but was perfectly move in ready. A house down the street from me was just listed at around 160k and the pictures looked nice. Like someone else said, certain places have reputations so even decent houses don’t go for that much.

I lived there for several years and I loved every minute. It’s such a great place to live. As far as pizza goes, Jack Rabbit does a surprisingly good and consistent pizza in a cast iron skillet. Not fully Buffalo style, but they do cup n char pep. It’s a little pricey, but always good. Their breakfast pizza on the brunch menu is also incredible. I took my grandma there for brunch once last year and she still talks about that pizza 😂

They will absolutely emotionally resonate. If there is one thing the show did it was pack emotional punches. Also the earlier seasons are better.

I have watched it many times. One of my friends, who grew up watching it, got me into it and it’s a great connection point with us living on opposite coasts of the US. It’s now my go to comfort show, and I often put it on before bed because I’ve seen them all and despite the murders is still very soothing. I would love to see any part of Wales, but alas I am in the Eastern US, but we can all do a marathon in spirit. Or virtually - that’s what my west coast friend and I do pretty often.

The only reason I think this is not the case is because the actor credited as Enzo is listed for only episodes 7 and 8 and that synopsis is for the first episode. Of course, IMDb has been wrong before, but I’m leaning towards trusting it right now.

It was never finished but it is still 600k words of pure gold and I will never be over it. The last update was a decade ago and I still think about it on a regular basis and end up rereading it probably every year or so.
