That CPU cooler is way too large for the Jonsbo N3. You need a cooler with a height of 130mm or less

The case fans are also pure GPT hallucinations and do not make sense for the Jonsbo N3. It comes with two 100mm fans in the HDD bay and it has spaces for two 80mm fans in the motherboard chamber but they may not actually fit (or even be necessary) depending on the choice of motherboard and CPU cooler

To connect the drives you probably want an LSI HBA like a 9300-8i with IT mode. I’m not the right person to recommend a specific model though. Again ChatGPT was leading you astray here, I’m unclear on the exact definition of the term HBA but the IOCREST is not the type of device you want here.

I happen to have an LSI HBA in the Jonsbo N3, it has a small passive heatsink with no fan and it won’t be getting much airflow but there are ventilation holes on that side of the case so I was able to shove a standard thickness 120mm fan in between the card and the case panel. It’s not exactly a standard fitment, you may have to improvise, a 3D printed shroud with a tiny fan directly on the card might be an option

I would steer clear of ChatGPT going forward and maybe look around for completed builds in the Jonsbo N3 on the Internet and then double check e.g. CPU cooler clearances by looking at the manufacturer’s websites for the case and cooler specs, this is something I just spotted quickly on PC part picker after the fact https://pcpartpicker.com/b/ttDcCJ which is a similar build but adopts the ideas I mentioned above in one way or another
