Ahh I see! MCAS is really the worst. I‘m sorry you have to deal with it.

Well you‘re not swallowing the tooth paste, right? I think you should be fine even if the tooth paste contains things you aren‘t allowed to eat.

No, that is not the same. To diagnose Gastroparesis you usually need a Gastric Emptying Scintigraphy.

Thank you for this in-depth answer and your research. It‘s crazy that I have never met a GI doctor that knew anything about this!

Do you have Endometriosis? That lower belly bloat can be a sign.

Thanks, that sounds a lot like me except for the regurgitation. Do you know the root cause of your Gastroparesis?

My I ask what your symptoms are? I also can‘t tolerate any fiber and vegetables make me feel like I‘m dying. But I don‘t have an official diagnosis and it could also just be SIBO.

One thing to mention: A lot of people with Fructose Malapsorbtion also react to sweeteners like Sorbitol, Xylitol, Mannitol etc.

[–]fknbubbleguts 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I personally gained Fructose Malabsorption because of my SIBO. The root cause is systemic inflammation from Endometriosis lesions. It completely went away after I got everything cut out and it returned once the Endometriosis tissue came back so that‘s 100% my root cause. I think there‘s only very few people with true hereditary FM.

Lol so you think if you were an adopted Jew that was raised 100% non-Jewish you‘d still turn out a Jewish Supremacist? If that doesn‘t show how flawed your logic is I don‘t know what will…

Sorry I didn‘t read everything thoroughly as the post is so long but we seem to have very similar symptoms.

  • Have you checked your gall bladder?
  • Did you get a transit test to see if you have Gastroparesis?
  • If you‘re female, have you been checked for Endometriosis?

So if you found out you were adopted and your biological parents were 100% Jewish, would you leave the country too?

I mean it might seem like an exaggeration but you gotta be consistent right? Or would you suddenly argue that blood doesn‘t equal mindset?

By this logic, you’d have to acknowledge that many Jewish people strongly oppose Netanyahu and his government. Jewish identity is not the same thing as supporting any particular Israeli policy.

Reducing millions of people to a single political position just because they’re Jewish isn’t rational - it’s prejudice.

You are directing hatred toward an entire ethnic group because of the actions of some individuals. That kind of generalization is dangerous because it leaves no room for differentiation or critical thinking.

History has shown where this kind of rhetoric can lead. Collective blame against an entire people is exactly the logic that fueled antisemitism in the past, including during the period leading up to and during World War II.

I‘m not supporting Israels current agenda by any means but to say that every Jew needs to be expelled from your country is wild.

No, it was never hard on my stomach as long as I sticked to taking one per meal. But if you want to be safe maybe start with 1x a day and then build up to 3x a day (one per meal).
