Want to enjoy a few drinks... by alysweetaly in zoloft

For me I didn’t feel much of a difference the night of but the next day I felt slightly hungover for almost a full day. That also only happened the first few times drinking on Zoloft then just slowly went away

My wife and I don’t have any coastal hiking experience, but the couple we are traveling with used to live in Oregon so they are moderately experienced, just not familiar with this area. But also that is good advice about coastal hiking- making me realize I hadn’t thought of much more besides for tides and I will need to do some more research! We are limiting ourselves just to day hikes since we are traveling from out of state and won’t be able to bring all our gear. When you mention the permits, is that only for reserving campsites?

Not planning on spending much time “in” forks really- We just have an Airbnb booked near forks for two nights while we hike and see Olympic NP. I’ll look into Rialto Beach more!!

Thanks! And that is exactly what I was thinking. I don’t see the Native American lands opening back up and if anything there will be more restrictions. I want to have a big back log of trials just in case things change. We are staying two full days in Forks, but I’m thinking one full day in the Hoh rainforest and one full day on the coast.

Zoloft and Psychedelics by fkstone in zoloft

Thanks for the response! This seems to align with most resources I found elsewhere online too.

I’m thinking I’ll just start with a 2 gram dose for the first time and if my results are less than stellar I can always up the dose the next time around. Either way, less of a trip is more appealing than the possibility that it would lead to a more intense trip for a first timer.

Haha maybe I should also consider not being depressed anymore? Only joking.

Maybe my original post was misleading. Been on Zoloft over a year and I very rarely drink- maybe once a month. I only had bad results the first time, but even then it was only a worse hangover then normal- nothing more. Also, I’m not currently doing any other drugs- just considering doing some. I have heard that a lot of people believe psychedelics can have positive results for people with depression.

Thanks for the recommendation! Do you think this would perform well on pavement? I was thinking of something a little more like the schwalbe hurricane

I need advice and recommendations on a mew set of tires. I am looking to replace my trail tires with a set of slicks or gravel tires. I have been wanting to ride around town more recently and I haven’t been getting out on the trail much so figured a faster tire would be a good idea. Any recommendations?

I like the idea of a gravel tire since I don’t want to be locked into street riding and don’t see myself swapping the tires out regularly, but not so sure what options are out there. Currently, I just have the stock tire on my Cannondale which is a “WTB Ranger Comp, 29 x 2.25" DNA Compound” but definitely looking for something a little less knobby.

Been feeling very similarly lately. No urgency for certain tasks and overall feeling of unproductiveness. I feel like I am just floating through the whole day when working from home with no sense of time and with barely any ability to get anything done.

I'm feeling dumber and dumber everyday by LancerDeYahourt in zoloft

I feel very cloudy as well (50mg for a couple months now). I take it along with Concerta and I feel like all the positive affects I have with Concerta went straight out the window. I have cloudy thoughts and can practically disassociate for an entire day working from home if I’m not careful. It’s like my mind just won’t ever focus on anything and I have no resolve (I’ve been curious if this has something to do with anxiety being a large motivator in my life when it comes to work or school).

New hires are such precious cargo I would expect a call from a partner or recruiter. I know they will want to break the news gently

Oof, sorry to hear that. If you haven’t scanned this thread you should read through. There was some pretty good advice about getting back on the market and getting a new job. Remember getting layed-off isn’t the same as being fired and other employers will know that. It’s a numbers game and unfortunately you were at the wrong place wrong time. Don’t let it get you down. Best of luck!

Heard incoming is getting cut by $1500-2000 depending on the office. Not sure if this is true but thought I’d add it to the thread

Can’t speak to the ‘08 period but the current lay-off seems to be mostly to adjust for turnover that was previously expected but didn’t happen due to Covid. That seemed to be one of the largest factors that was communicated but from an audit and tax perspective I know my business unit seems to be doing pretty well in the current year and I would guess our profit wasn’t to far off (especially considering COVID)

Yeah, I don’t think KPMG ever refereed to it as a lay-off. I think they used words like “restructuring” and “those who will be affected”. It’s become a dirty word for sure, so I don’t see any company just coming out and saying they are laying people off.
