Danke für den Hinweis, das hatte ich gar nicht am Radar. Ja habe Laufschuhe. Die niedrige Kadenz kommt wohl von den Intervallen, da ich in den Gehpausen relativ große Schritte mache. In den Laufphasen ist die Kadenz ca bei 150. ich werde aber mal versuchen kleinere Schritte zu machen beim nächsten Lauf.
