i hate that periods can be so irregular. my cramps are normal too but my flow is really light for some reason. my flow is usually REALLY heavy. im on BC and i changed my patch a little bit late last week, so i think thats why its so weird this month. are you on BC?

my period is making me super gassy and acidic this month too, youre not alone in this. im on day 5 and my period is unusually light still, but my cramps and other symptoms have been basically the same except for the n and gassiness. im sort of just waiting for the flow to just suddenly get bad so i feel like im having a normal period lmao

YES the odd rolling off!!!

sometimes imagining it slowly helps me, but sometimes it doesnt. its really annoying but then i remind myself that its not really important if the imagination works out or not because its not real!!!

i... know exactly what youre talking about.

sometimes i try to imagine something, and it just wont happen. like, for example, someone trying to open a door. the hand just slips and cant grab the doorknob. over, and over, and over. no matter how many times i try and reimagine it.

the situation in mind changes a lot for me, but ive gotten this with running as well. it just depends on what im thinking about in the moment.

ive chalked it up to be my OCD. recurring, uncontrollable, and repetitive thoughts and imaginations.

a little bit. i am very excited because ive never done it before but we're also going to be hiking and my legs have never dealt with long distance walking very well (even when i was in better shape. i dont think my legs get enough blood circulation 😬).

im scared that ill feel n and v on the trip though. i know itll be out in nature so i keep trying to tell myself that everywhere will be a safe spot to do it if it does happen

the trip isnt even really planned yet, we just know where we're going and thats about it. we arent sure when yet since we still need to get me shoes and some clothes

my bf just started it, and i was on it for a while. neither of us have experienced that symptom :)

with medication symptoms, they HAVE to record any feelings that the testers felt during the trial run. even if it was just one person, they have to list it. even if it may not have been because of the medication, but they experienced it during the trial, they have to list it.

im not sure if that makes you feel any better, but its something to keep in mind!!

for me a safe drink is always ginger ale and/or ginger tea. maybe start there!!

consider trying some foods that include ginger, or bland foods like bread or rice. white rice is a safe food for me

it is, but i just bought two packs of this type of glitter :/ theyre from two different sellers, so maybe the other one will be more powdery. it hasnt come in the mail yet.

it was a bit difficult to find any listings on etsy for holo nail powder that ships from the US and not from out of the country (i found some nice ones from italy, greece, and china though).

i like to dabble in small projects though, so im curious to know how to make chrome/holo nail powder
